Welcome to Dragon-i, a culinary experience unlike any other. Established in 2004, this quaint, charming restaurant is inspired by one of the richest and most diverse culinary cuisines in the world. Specializing in flavours from the regions of China such as Canton, Szechuan and Shanghai, our signature dishes are a fine blend of aestheticism, flavour and taste; elements that have been proudly preserved by the Chinese. Prepared by experienced chefs, each delicacy is cooked using the best and freshest ingredients available, resulting in exuberantly rich Shanghainese flavour.

Artistic Concept

Flanked with Chinese Calligraphies and terracotta warrior statues, Dragon-i exudes a sense of majestic wonder and mystery. Set amidst an elegant and classy ambient, the restaurant is tastefully furnished by black monochrome tables while its side walls are splashed boldly with fiery red, symbolizing prosperity and authority. A feel of rich ancient China, Dragon-i is the perfect dining experience for anyone.

Specialized Chefs

Dragon-i open concept kitchen consists of an impressive team of approximately 30 chefs from various regions in China, each unique in their area of specialization. To maintain our high standards expected of our customers, our central kitchen produce each delicacy, meticulously in skilled hands, in accordance to the set standard, resulting in food consistency. Even with over 141 items in the menu, we are still constantly experimenting new dishes to keep up with the demands of our most discerning customer.

Signature Delicacies

La Mian with Shanghainese Pork Chop

The fried pork chops are crispy without any greasiness, retaining the pure flavour even after softening, while the springy La Mian with the accompanying rich soup base is savoury and delivious, whether or not it is completely immersed in the soup. Individual taste is what reigns in the delight of this cuisine.

Shanghainese Steamed Meat Dumpling

Originating from Nanxiang in Shanghai, the steamed meat dumpling is shaped like a translucent jewel pagoda. With its fillings concocted out of a mixture of ham, ginger, lean meat, the emphasis is very much on the tasty soup in accompaniment.

Shanghainese Braised Pork Belly with Beancurd Leaves

Another signature delicacy of Dragon-i, the tantalizing sauce concocted with an assortment of ingredients primarily dried beancurd, rock candy, ginger, onion, aniseed, light and dark soy sauce is the linchpin of this mouth-authentic Shanghainese cuisine. Braised up to four hours, the tender soft pork belly enveloped by a waft of fragrance from the dried beancurd gives an enticing sensation to the taste buds, but only when it is tasted sizzling hot from the stove!

Honey Glazed Smoked Duck Breast Served with Flour Pancake

Shell-shaped flour rolls filled with crispy dried beancurd skin, crunchy cucumber, honey as well as soft and tender duck breasts flown all the way from Hong Kong, releasing a tapestry of tastes in the mouth on first bite.
